Newly delivered in the Netherlands by the MG importer Molenaar in 1938
The history of the car is known from 1960, when sold to mr. C.H.Jeltes from Hilversum (Olympic sailor with a Flying Dutchman sailboat) Mr. Jeltes had the car in his possession until his death, there is a picture of the MG on the ferry to England together with his sailboat on top of the car in the 1960’s. The car is in a good original condition with a nice patina.
Interior is original and complete, Cabriolet hood has recently been renewed.
Technically, the car has been restored; engine (XPAG) has been overhauled, brakes have been renewed, new radiator, petrol tank cleaned and treated, 4 new wheels and Blockley tires.
Side windows in original condition are present, also 2 unrestored footboards that are not mounted. Rare speedometer up to 170 km / h
